What is Revenue-Based Financing?
Funding directly means faster decisions, cleaner terms, and no middleman adding markup. Our underwriting team reviews your bank statements in-house. Answers within 24 hours. Most files funded in 24 to 48 hours.
You get a lump sum now and repay it from the revenue your business brings in. Most files repay on a fixed weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule sized to your deposits, so the payment fits the way your money comes in. If you would rather have payments that move with your sales, we can set them as a share of your revenue instead. Credit score is secondary here. What matters is cash flow. If your business deposits at least $15,000 a month and has been operating for six months, we can work with you.
Sometimes called a merchant cash advance.

How Revenue-Based Financing Pricing Works
Revenue-based financing is priced with a factor rate instead of an interest rate. Our factor rates typically run from 1.15 to 1.30. That means you repay $1.15 to $1.30 for every dollar you receive. A $50,000 advance at a 1.30 factor rate costs $65,000 in total, and that number is fixed the day you sign.
Your term and payment schedule decide how fast you pay it off. Most files repay weekly, biweekly or monthly over a term set by your deposits. A shorter term means larger payments and a faster finish. A longer term spreads the same total out and keeps more cash in your account between payments.
There are no hidden fees on our deals. No origination fee, no application fee, no prepayment penalty. The factor rate is the total cost. We show you the full breakdown before you sign anything.
